3. Consultations
3.1. Face-to-Face Consultations:
3.1.1. Face-to-face consultations will be scheduled at agreed-upon locations.
3.1.2. Any travel expenses or additional charges related to face-to-face consultations will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
3.2. Telehealth/Video/Online Consultations:
3.2.1. Telehealth/Video/Online consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing platforms.
3.2.2. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable equipment for online consultations.
3.1.3. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality and security of online consultations.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1. Payment for services is due at the end of a consultation or as otherwise agreed upon.
4.2. We accept payment through specified methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers or other approved payment options.
4.3. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our sole discretion.
